Central Heating

We can install for you a full central heating system either Natural Gas or LPG which includes regulatory HE Combination boiler, radiators with thermostatically controlled valves (as required by High Efficiency legislation), a digital room thermostat, associated pipe work and insulation to pipes which will be clipped to the underside of the home.

We would not advise installation of just a new boiler connected to old pipe work due to the fact that new boilers are higher pressure which can damage the joints of same, also any debris/sludge from the old pipes work their way into the boiler which may invalidate the warranty.

We can give you full details of this upon request. Full installation normally entails the removal of the Fortic cylinder/cylinder and header tank, which also gives you extra cupboard space and mains pressure hot water.

Your boiler will be fully warrantied for at least twenty four months by the manufacture with the remainder of the system being warrantied by ourselves for twelve months. We will also let you know on the anniversary of your installation that your annual service is due and special service rates are available on request.

Insurance Claims

We are able to assist with water damaged floors/walls and ceilings or any other insurance claims and have undertaken works for several specialist Park Home Insurance Companies including Bakers and Coast.

IMPORTANT NOTE - We will always remove from site at no extra cost any materials extracted from every refurbishment and will ensure that your home is left clean and tidy.
