Bathroom Refurbishments

Initially, Paul will visit your home with brochures and samples to discuss all your needs as an initial free survey.

Once you have decided on your fittings and décor, we will send you a no obligation quotation for you to peruse. If you decide to accept our quote, you just need to sign one copy of the quote and return it to us so that we can contact you to arrange a mutually convenient appointment to commence your works.

Any bathroom works can be undertaken from the smallest repair to a full bathroom refurbishment.
To undertake a full bathroom refurbishment, we will extract and remove all the existing fixtures, fittings, wall coverings and ceiling coverings. With the ceiling refurbishment we would include a new pull switch and matching white or silver modern LED light. We recommend a waterproof PVC product to clad the ceiling and walls this comes in many styles including marble and tile effect. Alternatively, we can tile the bathroom with either customer supplied tiles or tiles which we can source for you. All grouting, adhesive etc is also included.

By choice we supply a fully 100% waterproof flooring called Aquastep which gives you peace of mind within your home. This also comes with wood effect and tile effect in many colours. We are able to install a new shower tray and surround, a new bath with or without shower valve above or both if you have the room.

New Vanity units complete with sinks, taps, click waste are available in various colours. You will also have a choice of Wc’s which are available which can also be concealed in a vanity unit.
A new shower valve can be fitted which comes in various styles and Paul will discuss with you the most suitable for your home.

Our bathroom refurbishments are finished off with new 95mm Ogee white high gloss PVC skirting and sealed where necessary with high modulus, bathroom grade, anti fungal silicon sealant.
