Internal Refurbishment

All internal refurbishments can be undertaken whether it be decoration, a complete re-design or modernisation.

The joy of a Park Home is that internal walls can be removed or moved to change the layout of your home.

Internal walls can be re-boarded as can ceilings. You can "close" an opening or archway or alternatively open up two rooms by creating an opening. In this home all the walls were removed. New plasterboard walls were fitted in the configuration required by the Customer. The walls were then plastered. All new wiring and plumbing were fitted within the home to accommodate the amount and location of all sockets etc. All pipe work was directed beneath the home and suitably insulate to current standards and clipped to the underneath of the home.

You will see from the photographs in the gallery that the internal of this home was completely removed and remodelled. The customer required an open plan kitchen/dining room/lounge with one bathroom and one bedroom. Two arched picture windows were removed and replaced with square double glazed panels.

The flooring throughout is Aquastep waterproof PVC planks which is our preferred product. This is hard wearing and as stated waterproof which is imperative within a Park Home especially kitchens and bathrooms. Many styles are available including wood effect or tiled effect. As you will see from this refurbishment the flooring was fitted to the whole of the home.

A new bathroom with shower, vanity unit and WC were fitted. When rebuilt the bathroom has two entrance doors from the bedroom and one from the sitting room as requested by the customer.

A new white high gloss modern kitchen was fitted together with integrated pull out larder, base baskets and a corner cupboard with pull out trays. A breakfast bar was fitted together with matching worktops.

The bedroom furniture was purchased by the customer but we were able to supply and fit customised bedroom furniture most suited to your own design and requirements.
