We are a small family run company who are able to give you a personal and friendly service.

We have worked within the Park Home Industry for fourteen years and have been trading independently as PCS for the past eleven years. I have been fully qualified in gas (both natural gas and LPG) and electrics for 30 years.

We have the pleasure of being one of the only refurbishment companies with fully qualified and certificated electricians and Gas Safe Registered engineer on our payroll and have a portfolio of certification which is available for perusal and validation.

Our staff also have many years experience in Park Home Refurbishment and we never use sub contractors.

We also have many letters of commendation from customers for whom we have worked and can be contacted for verification.

Throughout our website are examples of works our experienced staff are able to undertake for you. All works are surveyed by myself as I have specialised insight and expertise of Park Homes. I will listen to your requirements and discuss all aspects of any installation with you.

Upon initial enquiry, a mutually convenient appointment will be made for myself (Paul) to come to your home to discuss your requirements. With my expertise and knowledge of Park Homes, I will be able to advise you with regard to any aspect of refurbishment. You will then be sent a written quotation and asked to sign and return one copy to us. Upon receipt, we will telephone you to arrange a mutually convenient appointment to begin your works.

Payment for works are due on the day of completion of any refurbishment once you are fully satisfied. For larger refurbishments we will advise you within your quotation of our payment terms
