External Refurbishment

With regard to external refurbishments, we are able to undertake all aspects from a small leak to a complete rebuild.

We supply and fit Metrotile roofing system with is a tile which is produced specifically for Park Homes. These tiles are made from expoxy or acrylic-coated aluminium-zinc alloy coated steel sehh with mineral filled acrylic coating followed by stone graules and a clear acrylic glaze coat and can be supplied in a range of colours.

If your roof is in good order, it could be that you would just like to have the roof cleaned and repainted using Resitex Roofbond which again is a specialised product made specifically for park homes.

Whether you require a cloudy pane of glass to be replaced or complete new doors and windows we can help. We supply and install new Rehau Odd Leg specialist Park Home UPVC windows and doors.

We undertake external repairs and/or full re-paint/retexturing utilising Resitex Primer and suitable Resitex coating to ensure a waterproof finish.

If you would like to have your home completely reboarded, we would removed the windows and doors in rotation. The external boarding will be removed and the insulation removed and disposed of. New batoning will be fitted together with Celotex twin foil faced insulation. This is then encased in weatherproofed Brazilian plywood and the windows reinstalled in rotation. Once complete we would ensure that windows and doors are completely water tight and prime all boards with Resitex Primer. Once dry we would stipple texture the whole of the home with Resitex Stipple in the colour of your choice. It is recommended that you repaint your home with a specialist Thermoplastic paint at least every three years.

We also supply and install new PVC fascias, soffits, guttering, down pipes and barge ends. These can be in various colours. We can also fit water butts if you require.

We can also supply and fit new PVC or GRP laminate tile effect skirting both styles with air vents to comply with BS3632
We can undertake checks to the underneath of your home to ensure that you have sufficient supports and that your chassis and supports are in a good condition.

We can build you a new decking system either in traditional wood or composite decking in a variety of colours together with the banister or ballustrade of your choice. New Steps and or a ramp for wheelchairs can be fitted.
