A former England footballer will next week attempt to help business owners and leaders become \u2018better allies to women and people from under-represented groups\u2019.
\nGraeme Le Saux, who played for Blackburn, Chelsea and Southampton during an illustrious top-flight career, will talk to members of the British and European business communities on Tuesday (16 March) about 'inclusive, healthy masculinity' and 'heart-based leadership'.<\/p>\n

Speaking at the virtual Better Man Conference, which has been established in the US for several years, Le Saux will talk about the reasons many men are not comfortable or confident in terms of the vocabulary they should use in today's workplace \u2013 and how they must contribute meaningfully to inclusion.<\/p>\n
