Even if it helps someone buy their dream home, the idea of having a 25-year mortgage fills a lot of people with dread \u2013 particularly the uninitiated first-time buyer!
\nIn truth, getting any finance deal can be difficult, even for the most straightforward of cases. However, the first mortgage is always the most daunting. This is not because lenders are biased against first time buyers or anything silly like that. Simply put, first-time buyers often don\u2019t have a clue what they are doing and, therefore, the fears and anxieties are that much greater.<\/p>\n
