{"id":8256,"date":"2021-04-07T13:52:42","date_gmt":"2021-04-07T13:52:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/runyourownwebsite.uk\/sorted\/?p=8256"},"modified":"2021-04-12T11:32:27","modified_gmt":"2021-04-12T11:32:27","slug":"reds-top-baby-fan-league","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/runyourownwebsite.uk\/sorted\/reds-top-baby-fan-league\/","title":{"rendered":"Reds top baby fan \u2018league\u2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>For many fans, football isn\u2019t just a sport \u2013 it\u2019s a way of life.<\/h2>\n<p>But should it be a \u2018given\u2019 that your children support the same team as you?<\/p>\n<p>Published today, a <a href=\"https:\/\/goodluckmate.com\/blog\/revealed-who-has-the-pushiest-footie-parents-in-the-premier-league\">new study<\/a> reveals fans of Premier League clubs like to keep things in the family \u2013 and the \u2018indoctrination\u2019 starts early as footie-mad parents begin their loyalty offensives when their children are still new-born babies!<\/p>\n<p>Using Internet-tracking technology, researchers at GoodLuckMate have discovered up to 21,000 online searches are made every month by UK-based parents keen to buy their newly born bundles of joy anything from replica football shirts to baby accessories.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018It\u2019s been really interesting to find out which Premier League clubs have the pushiest parents and just how many die-hard fans choose their children\u2019s club from birth,\u2019 commented Nerijus\u202fGrenda of \u202fGoodLuckMate. \u2018It\u2019s clear that baby-clothing and accessories\u202fare\u202fclearly\u202flucrative markets for football clubs,\u202fwith some mini home kits selling for more than \u00a350.\u202fIt\u2019s a lot of money for something they\u2019ll grow out of very quickly!\u2019\u202f \u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Liverpool fans would appear to be more committed to raising their youngsters as \u2018Reds\u2019, with almost 5,000 die-hard parents searching for baby products every month month.<\/p>\n<p>This is nearly 50 per cent more than Manchester United, who are in second place with 3,250 average searches per month.<\/p>\n<h3>Spare a thought<\/h3>\n<p>London-based parents supporting Arsenal find themselves the third pushiest, googling products from their club\u2019s baby collection 3,240 times a month. The Gooners easily beat fierce rivals, Spurs, whose 870 searches mean they occupy eighth place. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, current Premier League table-toppers, Manchester City, find themselves way of the pace in the baby stakes, logging a paltry monthly average of just 490 searches.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>But while Pep Guardiola\u2019s side might have work to do to catch up with their Anfield and Old Trafford rivals, spare a thought for perennial league strugglers Fulham (40 searches), Brighton (30 searches), and Southampton (20 searches).<\/p>\n<p>The Saints\u2019 official store may offer a wide range of infant products, but it seems fans are keeping their dribblers at home separate from those on the pitch.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For many fans, football isn\u2019t just a sport \u2013 it\u2019s a way of life.
