The permit is on orange coloured card. All writing is in black block capitals. Description from top to bottom.<\/p>\n<p>Top left is a small silver hologram image of a wheelchair user.<\/p>\n<p>Top right has \u2018GB\u2019 inside a white oval.<\/p>\n<p>Underneath the hologram are the words<\/p>\n<p>\u2018is personally entitled to parking concessions under the terms of the orange badge scheme\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018until 3rd April 1999.
